K and B sucks

    What does K&B do if your hours are so bad you have to take a 34 hour reset . Do they just fudge your logs so you keep running?

    I'd run my clock down to the ground so they had no choice but to let me sit, it would be fun to screw with K&B for a few weeks like a reality show.

    If a company is requiring you to FALSIFY LOGS(which is COERCION-both of which are FEDERAL OFFENSES) then that’s a company that is to be AVOIDED,bottom line!!!

    This is one of the reasons why the Feds are enforcing ELDs,because of companies pulling stunts like this! Sorry,but I’m not going to jail for ANYONE unless it was a monumental screwup that I caused!

    Exactly and It is fun. But I cant understand why work of the recap when it is much more convenient to do the reset. I also think I can achieve much more by doing a 34.

    If they run you at least 3000 miles a week they are only paying you 41cpm . That's pretty bad low for all the work they want.

    From what I see with K&B is the logs cant be falsified. One day I forgot to change my log when I filled the Reefer. Next day I was able to change it.

    We are only required to run 2500 miles for $1250 a week. If we go over 2500 miles we are paid those miles including the $1250. Also it is 50 cents per mile minus 4 cents per diem. 46 cpm

    Recap vs restart is an unanswerable question. It comes down to what freight and in what areas you run. If you spend a lot of time in a dock, then recaps could be better. If you are running down the road and can run 11 hours a day, then restarts are better.

    When we ran abors my company prefered drivers to run recaps - on avergae recaps resulted in more revenue to the truck. I'm not sure what is better now with elds.
