2 weeks ago our overtime got capped at 50 hrs, today we find out that we are no longer getting our 40 hour guarantee but 32 hours. Which is better than some companies that are only giving their drivers 24 hours. The work is starting to dry up, thankfully I don't have huge overhead but there are people out here really starting to struggle. Companies are looking to let people go for any small infraction and have started doing so. A month and a half ago all the companies around here were going all out, hiring left and right. Now they have all pulled their hiring signs down. This is really starting to get bad, I hope this virus clears up soon or there are going to be a lot of good men and women out here going broke.
It's getting bad on the concrete side too

The one thing that matters is the I-57 interstate project and one cracked bridge at James street which is rather a emergency now. (US67 Arkansas)
However I have not seen ready mix hardly anywhere, then again I have not been out much. Emphasis on much.
