I've done dozens upon dozens of those types of deliveries. It helps if it is in a pup and there are no other deliveries to work around.
Best case scenario is that there are at least two people there with a total of two handtrucks. One for moving stuff in the trailer and another to move it into the garage once the boxes hit the ground.
The smaller boxes you can move easily by just grabbing the plastic banding. The larger ones you tilt and handcart them to the rear. The easiest way to offload the large boxes is to get them right to the end of your trailer, and tilt them back, then slide them down the end of your trailer at a 45° angle with the other guy helping you ease her down. Let the trailer absorb the weight of the larger cabinets while the two of you just control the speed and angle. Back side of the cabinet should be touching the edge of the trailer so this move won't damage the presentation side of your cabinets.Last edited: May 9, 2020
