Do truckers also try to take advantage of truckers in a fender bender situation ?

it doesn't work that way in this business.

besides, not knowing that other driver, how do you know he didn't take a crap, and used his hand to dig it outta his butt. and NOT wash..???

Sure if you want a hack job.

I wouldn't have deadhead 800 miles to this specific shop if I thought I was going to be ripped off nor would the insurance adjuster approve the entire side of the bunk be repainted if it didn't need to be.

ok you go with that, Earl Schieb's could have painted the entire truck for $99.95, and they are every where, no need to dead head that many miles.

this is why insurance costs lots of money. too many high dollar payouts for a scratch.

Old earl could have painted it alright. And he would have to worry about polishing his chrome anymore either cause old Earl would have painted that too. Lol

    lol...yeah i know.

an old boss of mine, took his car to be painted, cuz he was going to give it to his daughter in upstate NY.

oh they painted the car alright, put it outside to dry, and several leaves fell on it...leave imprints all over the trunk, roof and hood...lol...lol

he gave it to her like that...dear god...lol

There's a flaw in that. Good and cheap don't exist either.

Had a super trucker change lanes into me as his lane was closing due to construction. I had no where to go, wasn't gonna let him push me off the road, I had a load on my flatbed, sure and the hell wasn't gonna slam on my brakes and have my load come through the cab. Soon as he turns his signal on he immediately starts coming into my lane.

Accident report has him as making a unsafe lane change and knocking over all the orange construction barrels...

$15,000 damage on my truck... Was in the shop 10 days.

Still haven't gotten my trailer fixed. Its just scratched, but its gonna get fixed. Believe that.
