My 2010 western star 4900 now has no power to the controls for the A/C, heat and bunk blower motor. I seen the wire was burned out to the blower motor so I replaced the wire and thinking it may have been the blower motor I replaced that to. Nope, still not working, checked all the fuses, all good. To make a long store short, I think I replaced everything and still not working, any ideas? I am ready to sell this pile of junk.

Have you tried looking up wiring schematics to actually verify pwr, gnd, etc.?

Today I am going to check the ground wire. Also, is there a relay in the fuse panel to the bunk switches? I found 1 relay under the drawers and I did replace that one but still nothing. Maybe bad on/off switch in bunk control panel?

@Ski125 Looks like F71 controls power to AUX HVAC. In addition, you have TWO relays that ALSO control power to these components. If there was a suspect over-current, then you will also need to inspect the relays as those could've easily burnt up in the process.

Update. It was a ground wire behind the fuse panel under the bunk. The wire must of come loose after all these years bouncing down the road. Tightened it backup, all the power was back and now all is good. Thanks for everyone’s help.
