Any reason a 2016 Prostar midroof with a 2014 Reitoneour 48' x 102" aluminum flat I would be financing myself not work for them? Still need to get a headache rack and quallcom installed. Talked to a recruiter a few days ago who seemed to be way more honest about things than any other company I've spoken with, I guess its a different ballgame on the OO side than the mega company driver side.

Sounds like a nice combination. The Omnitracs is simple to install, you can do it yourself quite easily. That way you determine where to drill, or not drill, etc. It attaches with a RAM mount so you could modify the mounting base to something other than what comes with it, and use a longer or shorter arm to attach it as you please. There are usually used headache racks available at the Mercer warehouse, or you could buy new. I've heard there is a used truck parts place not terribly far away, in KY I think, that has some really good deals on racks.

Lmfao dude acts like a tough guy wait until a lawsuit comes. Might be company policy but drivers are independent operators if you want them to follow company policies this makes them company drivers and not leased operators.

It’s not their truck to dictate what you can and cannot do to it. This makes you a company driver not a owner operator or lease operator. They cannot force their political opinions on your equipment.

If you got all this why not become a independent? You’re already paying insurance, IFTA, UCR, Permits, etc. why not just keep that 25% you lose leasing to them and just get your own authority? It’s no different than you doing now just a little more paperwork
