I got up before the sun so I could gave my coffee then get some work done on the house before it started getting hot. And so the coffee part was going well but it just started taining again. My wife said there are things she wants done inside I can do so my getting up early won't go to waste. NOT.

The driver was just ensuring that nobody broke into his trailer.

You do have to admit that it's kind of dumb for truckstops to put yellow poles right in the middle of spots where trucks park and probably can't see at night whenever they are trying to line up with the truck next to them.

Well time to unload then work on truck.
I should go look at the one I had thought of buying but I remember the saying, “Everything happens for a reason.”
But I’ve had it up to here, “Puts hand about waist high.”

The driver backed up. As they were backing, the LTL bar pushed the bollard over. The driver not doing a pretrip in the morning didnt bother to notice that the LTL bar had gone beyond the bollard that was now pointing in the direction of the back of the trailer. As the driver pulled forward, the LTL bar caught the bollard. As the driver tried to go forward the bollard came up against the back of the trailer. Alas the driver appears to have tried to drive away and the bollard acted like a plow creating the rut in the pavement that is in the picture.

The bollards appear to be guarding a fuel lid. Most bollards are a section of steel pipe filled with concrete. That bollard was a good 8 feet long
