I think it’s unconstitutional unless, ALL employees of a trucking company from the CEO to the floor sweeper/window washer should be tested as well.

Now a “Shy Bladder” is the same as a refusal.
You gotta go to the doctor and pay money and have them test you also to prove you have done nothing wrong.

15 min on the 11, 40 miles to the yard. Montana had the roads all messed up and slowed down. Lost too much time for the governed truck to make up.
