My buddy owned a street sweeping franchise and he would buy up sweepers and other big equipment at auctions

Usually the county stuff he bought was like new but never taken care of and he would buy it for nothing

County had to keep spending money to justify their budget increases.

Yeah, and you know. A lot of the problems with equipment I bought over the years was minor stuff.
They would replace leaking hydraulics with new assemblies, rather than install a seal/repair kit.

I have purchased;"fixed up economically", and even rented the same machine back sometimes.
Amazingly, usually the real maintenance like oil changes-filters-greasing was done, It was the things
they let go "ragged" like knobs, gauges, seats, levers, lights that triggered the sale.

When I lived overseas, the police stopped a big box truck full of dogs heading to the meat market.
Many were wearing collars and one had a leash attached to the collar.

One condominium complex, people were complaining about their pet dogs missing.
Someone found dog parts in a pubic trash can. Security cameras saw the security guards cooking dog snacks late at night.

Excuse me, gentlemen, but I found these two affronts to the WIIS by-laws. I had about 10 pages of "catch-up" to read. NOT ONE other member corrected these violations!

    It only TAINS on WIIS.

You may drop your Man Cards in the fishbowl on the way out.
