Ok, well, I’ve gotten loaded, drove within 150 miles of my unload, since they take off Saturday and reopen at 1800 on Sunday.
So I’ve been watching the tele.
Was a good movie “The Siege of Firebase Gloria.”
Now watching, “Dial M for Murder” again.

But in the course of my sitting back doing nothing, I was brought back to a little story I remember as a child, one of the underdog vs the strong and powerful, maybe it’ll make you think back.

So, here’s the story.

There once was this little weak kid, who liked to play music.
When he wasn’t playing music, he was terrorizing everyone, especially the neighbors cats with a slingshot.
One day, the town bully got tired of the little music playing slingshot artist trying to muscle in on his domain, and he challenged him to a fight.

Well, the slingshot artist also kept a hidden, shall we say short sword, or machete.
So, they squared off at the town center, the bully mouthing off to the little guy about what he’s going to do.

The lil guy, quick as lightning, shot the big guy in the eye with the rock.

The big bully, well he was running around holding his eye saying something through the sobs that sounded like, “OW!!!
Sonova... Why, ...You little..”
While the little guy shot forward with his sword.

So, now you know, a few things.
1.)Don’t trust the little guy, because everything is fair in a fight.
2.)How the Grand Canyon was formed(Big People make quite the disturbance when they fall.)
3.)When it’s time to go to work, it does no good mouthing about it, Have a plan before you get there.

I will leave it at that, since I said a few things, and a couple, to me, mean two, a few mean three, and several means 4 or more.

And now you know, why I get to be the ‘Story Teller’ to the kids.
I’m available for parties too, like my price starts at $750,000 per show, but it’s negotiable.
