most of these "people" involved in these "peaceful protests" are those dummies who have never been in the real world. they believe at some base level that gas comes from a pump, meat from a grocery store, etc. They really have NO idea how the real world works. it's "beneath them". we've all met these people.

The interesting part is going to be when the light switch gets flipped and people who DO know how the real world works just couldn't be left alone and have gotten backed into a corner with nothing to lose.

(light switch: Kurt Schlichter: people on the "left" believe that violence is a like a rheostat, it can be turned up and down at will. People on the right it's a light switch. it's either on vote or kill everyone)

We might work for the same company? Now we have to wear safety vests on the dock. Mind you we are a tiny barn so this really does nothing. But I do respect this as a remainder that safety should always be #1.

Yup. That's the problem. The replacement generation doesn't want to do any manual work and they want everything handed to them. They could benefit from two years of mandatory labor work like food/beverage delivery service. Then they can see what it's like to get kicked in the balls 12-16 hours a day, come in on your 10 to do it all over again. And when the week is over, they get to hand over 1/3 of their paycheck to the government so they can redistribute it to others that didn't earn it but somehow need it.

I am not even kidding, I made $1500 last week but after all the taxes, I got $1005 or so out of it. That was enough for the mortgage, electric bill, internet, with enough left over to restock on Ramen for the week.

    It's depressing.

Got a nice ghost via on a Saturday morning. 135 miles out of my way for nothing. Central forgot to cancel it.

Hopefully you pulled the dolly out from the kite before you walked inside for papers.

“I had to hook it again after I dropped it, hence the d/h.”

NHC and PVD were notorious for not cancelling the via. Burned me good early on when I put the two empties away to find out they didn’t need the via, so I always broke the set and left everything before going inside.
