    Really..

I booked a load on a hopper paying 26/ton less 150 miles putting rate over$4.33/loaded mile
Then I got a reload 30-45 miles away paying $60/ton going 200-215 miles depending on which location they want it.

I tell everyone the newer trucks are smart trucks, and you need to learn the truck to make it work correctly, but most are non believers.

    Now there is proof-

I deal a lot with Lima, they’re great. Youngstown once loaned me a crimp tool, for a fan bulliton upgrade, that involved splicing selinoid harness. The Dealer in Monroeville Oh is good too. Parts prices, especially. I called them once for Road Service. Broke down in dock, at Heinze in Fremont. New timing sensors , Very low price.

I dont see anything in that post you made prior to of $ per mile. I only see they are willing to give you $3.
    An assumption on your part?
Or did you leave something out?

I heard Swift is implementing a new dress uniform.

This is going to be mandatory.

Well I had to look it up. Steel in the table weighs 110.4 pounds. Add in maybe 4 pounds of welding rod. I am not done yet. Just enough to keep the top plate from falling off anymore and get it mostly welded. Also I still need to instal the casters on each corner.

We have been getting on and off tain showers this morning. Humidity is close to 100%. I dont mind welding when its cool and humid. Yett hot and humid and the plate is too hot to touch. Time to let it cool down. Tho here is a pic so far. I must find my hearing protection. That 7 inch grinder on quarter inch plate is LOUD!

Nice tthing about blurry pictures? You cant see how bad my welds are. LOL

The lower shelf is to hold the plasma cutter and wire feed welder. The top of the table will be about 36 inches high.

Nice Work!!! I wish I knew how to weld. I have an oxygen tank, and a bunch of rod, that’s a start, or just a potential bomb setting around. I don’t know.
