But it was only 24 mile DH to my next great adventure.
Lamb Meat & Bone meal.
$1000/Flat for 178 loaded mile back to Kansas.

If this work out, I can get a reload 90 miles from there back within 20 miles of the house.
It’ll pay $30/ton.

I arrived here at 1100.
Guy said “Lunch Break!!”
I just nodded and walked back to the truck slowly with my head hung low.

 

Always happens, and usually I sit there and think, I should have stopped for lunch! After lunch, the forklift runs out of propane. Never fails.

 

After Lunch the lady said, “You got a scale ticket?”

Me “I just unloaded 24 miles away, here is their ticket.”

“No, Gotta have a CAT Scale.”

me “That'd been freaking great to have known, but I will not drive another 30 miles to weigh then 30 miles to reweigh.”

“You can weigh at MFA up the street 3.5 miles.”

during this adventure, I get a call, unload that tonight, they waiting on you, don’t worry about 1000 tomorrow appt.

“You want a load to South MS next?”

“um what about my return to the house load?”

It fell through...

MFA scale is also a private scale, oh and guess what, the weight difference is 40 pounds.

Now everyone must be in hiding, walking around looking for someone now.

 

I haven't been paying attention to the news. So 30 minutes beginning the moment you go on-duty? Can it be all on-duty or does some of it have to be off?

The spout they are unloading from onto my trailer just choked up.

Blood is it’s own meal.. Blood Meal.
It’s a NO! Never Again load.

I took Sunday off, Yesterday it tained. No excuse, since I’m working inside a Trailer. But I used it anyway. Now I’m on the homestretch. Need 14 more screws. Total 54 screws. All I can say is. Screw this.
