Figure out what your previous caloriv intake was before. Reduce it by 500 calories. Do this every 6 months until your down to 1500 calories per day.

me With 8.5 hours. Not 6.5 hours.
And I’m not even empty on this one, and I only made it with 15 minutes to spare by not stopping to eat and using my ag exemption to the limit.

I don’t think I can make an 85 mph average in a truck that is maxed out at 82,
Wouldn’t go that fast anyway, that’d kill my 7 mpg with heavy load average.

Authors note, I realized by this time I was trying to deal with ignorance, so I told him I was wasting my time, he’s never going to understand, so I’ll be 2 hours late at least tomorrow, maybe more, I may as well stop and eat.. I can make it 3 very easy.
