The Schneider FB page is pretty fussy, I get a migraine just reading it.....

    Just showing both sides. .

I personally believe everyone should have their own numbers......or get two checks a1099 for the leased equipment and a W2 for the driver.

Besides I got to earn my anti recruiting bonus.........:)

Dale thompson, jsnell and 062 Thank this.

    2 things......
#1, the Landstar contract is virtually identical. I know because they sent me one.
#2, if getting your own numbers is the "promised land ", why don't you do so and move on?

Do you even drive a truck?

have a 2008 that I’ve owned since new not driving now because wife is sick. And I’m taking care of her.....

800k miles in my 96 which I bought new and now 630K on my 08 that I also bought new . And I won’t go into the 10 or so trucks I drove as a company driver before that.....

    So.
    Question 1A.

If the party of the second party gets put on do not dispatch list, does the first party waive the payments of the second party?
Or does the second party still pay the 1200/week while the first party figures out that the second party didn’t follow Slap/PaL while hooking up to the first parties trailer?

Dale thompson and Cat sdp Thank this.

In case this is a legitimate question, the leasing folks and the operators folks are 2 completely separate entities.
That's why you can lease from Schneider and take the truck any place that Schneider Finance agrees to.
There's a few fellas at Landstar making payments to SFI

    UsualSuspect Thanks this.
