It finally got above freezing here. 34 now. Sunny no wind, going up to 48. Tain after midnight, heavy winds rolling in from the west for tomorrow. Time to get busy.

I want to know who got the Judge in trouble..

While getting fuel in Mathews at the J.., their new pos kiosk would not give me a receipt, it said I hadn’t fueled in over 30 Days.

So I go stand on line and had to sign... yes, give the Judge’s signature... for a fuel receipt.
So, then I get back in my truck to set I have missed a phone call from home.

It seems, on my 1 day off last week and no days off the 3 weeks before besides maybe swinging through the house for a shower and a nap, the mower hasn’t be fixed with a new belt.

So..
I got into trouble, and it didn’t help when I told her that’s why I chose her, a brunette over a blonde, I’m sure she could undo 6-7 bolts and put on a belt.

So the Judge got yelled at.
But!!
He is smart enough to know when and who to not make super mad.

So... that little episode will cost the Judge around... $40/gas $100-$125 for dinner... and still have to repair the pos mower.

Only 130ish miles to town...
Then I change hats from Trucker hat, to repairman..
The yard, not quite knee high, wasn’t bothering me, it’s been dark when I’ve gotten in and left, the 1 day off I didn’t leave the house.

The Judge is ashamed.

 

So is it good or bad that I can tell those are FS just from the grill and sleeper window?

 

Wind is finally dying down now... But US26 and I-80 are both closed.
