Some of the carnage on I-69. 1st pic is a jacknife that had been pulled out of the ditch. Behind his ICC bumper it looked like he was a hay windrow machine.

The 2nd is a closeup of the 3rd just to show how far out in the field he was.

What I didn't get pictures of are 2 of the trucks that caused the northbound lanes to be shut down. I had to detour on state routes, and the wrecker was just dropping the second. It looked from the back(only angle I could see) like it had jacknifed bad enough that it pushed the cab sideways so far the drivers side of the sleeper was about 4 feet beyond the trailer. The other one was a Volvo that had the windshield out if it and some cab damage like he either rolled it or hit something hard (or was hit)...maybe the 1st truck hit him...not sure

There was a little more up in that area compared to Indy, but it wasn't anything like what the east is getting

Not when I was there, but when it was snowing it must have been because there were a fair number of 4-wheeler skid marks off the side of the road between Anderson and Fort Wayne. The vehicles were gone, but you could see where they went for a spin

We just received a message from the mother ship today. Starting 1/1/21 the 2 cpm we are getting now as a surge bonus (paid on loaded miles only) is becoming a 2 cpm across the board raise, plus they are going to start paying an extra 1 cpm for drivers like me who stay out more than 14 days(not sure if it's for all days out once you're out 2 weeks or for just the time you're out beyond 2 weeks). It sounds like they still have more freight than they can handle. Even though it's been a daily fight with this truck, I have managed to exceed 10,000 miles in just over 3 weeks.

Got to the Indy shop early. Checked in as soon as they opened. The service writer said they're only 24-48 hrs behind, which beats all the other shops I have been to. Just after I grabbed a bbq pulled chicken sandwich, and went to settle in to my sleeper for some binge watching on my tablet, I got a knock on the door. He pulled me in the shop. At 16:00, I checked with the service desk for an update. When she said when she saw the mechanic, he was staring at the laptop plugged into my truck, scratching his head, and had a confused look on his face. She said I have an anomaly, he is trying to figure out what the problem is that the computer is telling him the truck has, he has never seen it before. Why do I always get these ####### trucks. So, now I am in a hotel across the street, hoping it gets resolved by the end of the day tomorrow.

I talked to several drivers who are in the shop as well with the same nanny system, and they say their trucks don't blast them with vehicles in their camera range unless they are closing in on them. Plus, most say their E-coast doesn't activate as often, and their trucks seem to pull better than what mine does. Plus gets better mpg's to boot.

Was your truck was manufactured in North Carolina or at the Mexico plant? Easiest way to tell is if you have a UAW North Carolina emblem sticker on your window on the door if you don’t have one of those then more than likely your truck was manufactured at the Mexico plant why am mentioning that it’s because I’ve noticed that the trucks coming from Mexico for some reason have more issues than the ones coming from the Cleveland North Carolina plant
