Ok so I have to edit my last post
Apparently it is not illegal to show favorites.
However in my opinion it is a deep moral issue and is very wrong. And if someone is capable of it, I have to wander if they are a good person at all

In my opinion I guess it is more of a moral issue, although ethics do play a role. Favoritism is wrong. However not illegal. Yet morally wrong

In the future, try posting your concern in this way:

“Can I sue a company that utilizes the “Good Ole Boy” system?”

You’ll save yourself a lot of keystrokes, and your readers’ eyes.

kylefitzy, Badmon, Coffey and 6 others Thank this.

If I was your friend, I would either accept the situation as it is, or go get another driving job.

If your friend thinks they're not being treated fairly, then he should give notice and be done with them. This situation will continue until the people with the proof of the alleged misconduct step forward. If drivers are quitting in droves like you state, then this alone will create a problem that the company will have to address, because it affects the bottom line. The best remedy is to just move on.

    DoubleO7 and alds Thank this.

Ok, now I have heard it all! While I have long been of the opinion that far too many people seek to solve their problems in court and have always looked down on those who are hypersensitive and sue happy at every slight. Not to mention the ridiculous SJW culture egged on by our moronic media and the left that has created an almost tense environment where people cannot tell jokes anymore, where the mere mention of someone's race is now considered bigotry, etc. Those "fighting that good fight" have in many ways ruined the country!

Ethridge, please elaborate on why you think the country would be better off with more lawsuits?

    I'm at a loss here.
