Farmer intentionally damages Truck with forks

Truth comes out in the end

 

Like mentioned driver drove around multiple barricades and road closed signs.

 

life lessons don’t magically disappear with a good education. Reason why experience is needed in all good paying jobs just to expensive to pay for screw ups.

 

What we have here is great evidence for the prosecutor charging the farmer for vandalism. Just because somebody is trespassing or stupid doesn't give you the right to destroy their property.

 

Farmer should charge the driver for the push plus charge for a hazmat cleanup of his field.

 

Wonder what would have went down if the farmer decided to deny a tow truck access to his property instead?

 

Everybody says driver is captain of the ship. Driver is for sure the company representative on scene. I never heard him say no....hold up a minute or anything of the sort. Really seemed good with what was about to happen. There are no charges to be filed isn't a prosecutor in the country would touch that

 

Does that mean you wouldn't complain if I fed you poison that had a sweet taste? There's plenty of lawyers that would sue him and win handily.
