My 4900 had all wood cabinets and drawers in it which made the interior solid and not a rattle trap like my previous Kenworth 680

I’ll just get another Charbroil. The one I bought 20+ yrs ago, cooked too hot, burned everything. Burners rusted out. New ones seem a lot better. Narrowed down two, $299, or $329. Not sure what the difference is. Further investigation needed. Looks like all I need. Went to Menards. Not many on display.

Midnight snack. Fresh Crab cakes from Kroger Meat counter. Sauce is mayo, Zatarans creole mustard, enough to kill the mayo taste. Then some Louisiana brand Remoulade sauce to cut the edge off the mustard. In other words, mix to taste. They were very good. Right up there with the best restaurants.
