So your issue is with the politics of education funding not the cost of a Wiz Quiz?
Combined with a feeling of disrespect from the service provider?
What if it Snows?

I simple said I shouldn’t have to take them to raise as my own kids and send them to college for an education.Lumper Humper, Dale thompson, Rideandrepair and 3 others Thank this. -
But not sure how that connects to drug screening since every one of those save for 2...which is probably over a dozen (I make for a guarantee good company score I guess...had 1 every 5 weeks for 6 months at the Mega)
Anyway my pop quiz was at concentra or similar walk in. Per Google that's a 35k$ a year job and at concentra is PER DIEM. WTF. Crap job and crap wages no benefits. Lots of nursing jobs are that way too.
Now imagine a place without those people. I feel like you are taking some things for granted without really thinking about the long term implicationsRideandrepair, gentleroger, lovesthedrive and 5 others Thank this. -
You are right. I am not seeing what you are. Are you up to explaining it to me?Lumper Humper, Dale thompson, Rideandrepair and 2 others Thank this. -
Well I paid $150 to prove I’m not a drug addict, never done any drugs in my life.
Lost revenue for a days work, 2500 load, my expenses went on, I didn’t expect the taxpayers to make it right.
Shouldn't matter anyway, the way I last read it’ll just make the ones who waive their loan taxable income go up.
Maybe the taxpayers should have to pay for all truck drivers to go to college for a new education since autonomous trucks are coming and California is outlawing diesel vehicles?Lumper Humper, Dale thompson, Rideandrepair and 3 others Thank this. -
How much do you think it costs currently?
My guess is that like many long term drivers got into this gig simply by getting hired by a company...nursing used to be much more OTJ training. Now because of insurance etc these people have to put down some serious cash for a college degree. Like my 6000$ bill to a mega for my license.
Times change and it's senseless to compare now vs then. IMOLumper Humper, Rideandrepair, gentleroger and 3 others Thank this. -
