TMC screwed me over!

I left TMC after 1 year otr with no accidents or violations. I gave them only a week notice after applying for other opportunities and getting approved for hire. They recently called over 1 year later asking If I were interested in coming back and what they could do to make that happen. Not saying they are the best but there has to be a reason for the negative remark as they are very by the book.. and have their own checks and balance system. You should reach out to HR department and check your DAC report. Good luck!

 

I got hounded by Melton for darn near 5 years after I left wanting inviting me to come back. Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say about Melton. I just didn't like flatbed. That tarping business is for the birds!

 

I was ok with the tarping and elements, the micromanaging I couldnt do..

Frank, you was with Melton? For whatever reason, I see a black cape not blending with a blue truck.....

 

I was there just over a month when I first started driving. The black cape got on just fine with the blue truck, but it didn’t get on with those tarps. And, they tarp probably 80% or more of their loads.

 

That makes a great breakfast sandwich!
