People have to eat. People also have to buy things that I will call quality of life items. People also have to work. While this may sound weird it leads me to my primary point. The large urban areas need incoming and outgoing freight! This means ALL of them are in freight lanes. So the IF part of this is not the primary issue. In my view, this issue is a quality of life issue. Good schools for the kids, work opportunities for the spouse. When I retired I looked long and hard where I was going to settle. I was torn between where I am now (Hampton Virginia), Dallas, or Tucson Az. I am single so this was all about my needs.

I have to admit as far as an opinion. Texas or Nevada. Also got a special place in my heart for Arkansas. Talked to women there in back country. Very real and unpretentious. I would have married if I lived there.Oceanwalker and JolliRoger Thank this. -
BTW... You’re in Florida. Do not drive for BillyBob’s Alligator Eatery. Their drivers disappear. They don’t quit. Not fired. Just disappear into thin air? Nobody knows?
