Hello. I seem to have a strange phenomenon with my truck getting low on coolant and needing to top off twice a day, but I can't seem to find any leaks anywhere. No oil in coolant, or coolant in oil, exhaust pipe is dry and no residue in the pipe. Coolant doesn't appear to be blowing off out of either caps on the tank.
The only place I can't check is if transmission oil and coolant are mixing at the radiator, but the trans needs to cool off before I can pull the plug and check. No leaks on the emissions hoses / lines either.
The only thing that I think it may be, if the coolant is probably 80% water right now from fixing a previous leak earlier last weekend. Could too high of water to coolant ratio make coolant play tricks on you?
Engine is a MP8 455hp. Thanks

You need to have it pressure tested with the proper tooling.

Yep, I think it's likely an injector cup now. The truck was hard to start this morning.

Have you checked the DEF coolant lines? I had the same problem but could never find any leaks until one day I drive through a terrible rain storm and hit some standing water, it ripped them clean off. I mentioned to the Mack tech the losing coolant issue and he said it was likely the root of the problem
