If you really want to have fun with town names? In Massachusetts is a town named Haverhill. Out of towners think it is Haver Hill. Locals know it as Hayvril.

Well....Dang.
While under the spout of the grain in to load, a guy ran over my trailer... tarp bar.
Guess who gets to drive 100 miles away from their load, to get it fixed, though I did get insurance info, and called my insurance lady, I talked to drivers boss and he has open charge account at Highway Trailer in KC.
So...
Maybe tomorrow they can has it fixed.


It ripped my tarp when it shoved it forward too.



All it did to his was put a lil debt and scratch, he was able to load, I can’t tarp mine, so it cost me a load.

 

May be wrong, but believe you should be able to file lost revenue as well as damages.

 

Dropped load in Milton, VT and now waiting to load in Florence. One moron idling, while the rest of us enjoy a windows down wait.

 

If I went through insurance, yes, I just dropped trailer, gotta order a tarp/bracket on rear is warped, new tarp bar through tarp, about 43-44’ long..
Shop don’t have tarp or bracket, probably be Thursday.
He’s going to pay shop bill, it’s already open to charge to him, at highway trailer sales and service, but I don’t want to be stuck til Thursday in a bobtail truck.

 

Ok.
I’m cheap.
I’m not paying $146/night.
I’m now putting up a mailbox at....
