What if it Snows?

I had an appointment, but postponed it. Had another one scheduled within a week of the big surprise. Lol. They called it the Widowmaker . One of 4 main arteries was 100% blocked. Bad chloresterol was high, Has been forever. Can’t say I was surprised. Lucky had a good Dr. on staff. He showed me the blockage and procedure on a laptop. I couldn’t see a blockage. It was at artery branch. But when they opened it up, the blood flow took off and filled a big spot on the screen. Pretty amazing.

 

If you need to worry about high cholesterol or blood pressure, I suggest you read this book.

Author/doctor is from the Cleveland Clinic. And no matter what you think about Bill Clinton, he's been on this diet for quite awhile and physically looks 10x better than he did in the 90s.

ST stands for Smart Torque. Introduced into Cummins engines in 2007, Smart Torque optimizes gear shifting on more than just current speed, but also on grade, vehicle weight, throttle position, and engine torque, putting your truck in the best gear for whatever scenario it is in.

Way it was explained to me, running normal it does less torque then when in a pull, I figure it’s BS, but was explained like how the newer V8 engines go down to V6-V4 when putt putting around.
I’m sure someone more into the diversity of engineering can explain it a ton better,

 

I’ve got Yakuza 2 on steam for years it seems, best it along time ago, then you can restart with the top teir weapons and wade through, it’s on Japanese, you get to read it, at one time I was getting good at understanding the pronunciation.

 

probably makes 100 foot pounds more torque in top couple of gears….. that’s a guess
