Got a letter today. Looks like I’m getting audited by IFTA. First time ever. Fill out a form, then wait to be contacted within 2 weeks, to be told what’s needed. Something mentioned about records for time allow under Statue of Limitations. Sounds like they plan on arresting Me. I’m doing fuel taxes today. Along with an amended return for Last Quarter. I missed a few trips I noticed. First time that’s happened. I always keep exact miles, and fuel receipts. Been waiting 17 yrs. to be audited. Figures the first time I make a mistake, I get audited. This ain’t going to look good.

 

I have suspected as much for some time.

I got very angry and drove off from Cargill Wichita.
Now loading very tasty Angus Beef Meat and Bone in ArKansas City.
Sit there for 3 hours, then they pulled 2 trucks ahead, then tell you you’re supposed to walk like 3 blocks to check in at gate, you type info at.
I said it was BS.
At KC Mo, you do that once you pull on the property, not making drivers walk cross 4 lanes of traffic, then walk back.
So I told them all what I thought, and told them I was leaving.
They tried to stop me from leaving.
I pulled beside guy that cut me, threw on the flashers, hit reverse, backed my trailer across their parking lot, and made tracks out the gate.
If Swift can do it...
Some idiot on the golf cart thought he’d hold me there.
They actually thought I was going to go to back of line after 3 hours of being in line.

Forget Cargill Wichita.

Anyone see the story yet about the CEO of Electric/ Hydrogen Semi Truck Maker? Arrested for bilking Investers. Turns out the Truck presented didn’t even have a Drive Train. They filmed it going downhill. He’s going down big time. Promotion shows a US Express Logo on Truck and Trailer. Back to the (real) drawing board. He’s going to Prison.

 

For what? Deceiving?
He had every intention of putting that drivetrain in, but the deadline was to short.

 

He claimed it was already up and running. They also said the doors had to be taped to stay closed. Supposedly, he flat out Lied about everything.
