I'm actually considering their flatbed division...I miss open deck...a lot. My wife has an appointment to see her sleep study doctor this week because her BiPap machine is under recall, however, due to it's age, it might not be a free replacement, so I'm waiting to see how much the resolution of the recall is gonna cost before I go without insurance switching employers.

If I’m not mistaken, they do have some fleets where it’s salary. I’d give them a ring and see what they have to offer at least. I know they have some pretty cool perks for working for them.

It *should* start up at a low idle if fully depressed before turning the key, unless FL changed some programming in newer models. I used this regularly because my 2016, then 2019 cascadias with Opti-Idle couldn't keep up with the daytime heat by themselves. I preferred to run at night.

Just checked. Where I live $1225-$1400/wk salary or $0.52/mi. And only regional, dedicated or team , no OTR out of my area So unless one of the perks is free (good) health insurance for both my wife and I. That would be a huge pay cut.

and if you really believe that, I have some ocean front property you might be interested in...it's just outside Phoenix. :biggrin_25511:

If it is true, I'll be pissed. That's a regional dedicated, that pays more per mile than my OTR position pays.

More per mile, but a much shorter average length of haul.

Just paroosing Google Maps while I am getting loaded and I saw something unique

I wonder if the roof of this building really does have their name on it (I am guessing more for airplane traffic than satellite pictures on Google since O'hare is due east of them), or they sponsor something on Google and Google photoshopped their name on there

Farmerbob1, Bumper and Speed_Drums Thank this.
