Saw this company mentioned in another thread, so I did a forum search and this thread came up.

Does anyone know where they fuel at and if it's forced fueling solutions?

Also, I'm a bit confused by their website. It says "starting pay $0.51-$0.54 CPM" and "with experience $0.55 CPM".

They also have the $0.05 CPM monthly bonus too. Website is here: Home

But what I'm confused about is in this thread the OP (who has been gone from the forum for years at this point) said they don't really hire new CDL grads. So is the "starting pay" for drivers just starting with the company, or do they hire new CDL grads now?

I have 2 years experience OTR so that jump from $0.51 CPM to $0.55 CPM would be huge. I like that they run out West a lot too.

I was talking to one of their drivers at the TA in Ontario California and he told me no forced fueling and you can use any Loves or Pilot/Flying J.

I think it was about 2 yrs. ago or so, they quit hiring new cdl school grads. I've seen their trucks here in Las Vegas running I-15.

Yeah this was the advertisement that I was talking about Chinatown. So if you said they don't hire new grads then I wonder what they mean by "starting pay" and by "with experience pay". Does your experience count outside of the company or are they only talking about experience inside of the company?

Hopefully some drivers on here can chime in. Like I said, that would be an absolutely huge difference for me between starting out at $0.51 CPM versus starting out at $0.55 CPM with my 2 years OTR experience.

Contact Schuster and ask them, who could answer better? Driver or HR

Yeah I know. I'm currently researching companies. I know when I contact a company then the recruiting basically starts and then you have to start dealing with follow ups and all of that. It's nice to get as much as information on the companies I research before I reach out so I can narrow down options beforehand and kind of get a feel for the company, from a drivers point of view.

If a driver knows this information, that's a hell of a lot easier for me to write it down on a list of pros and cons instead of having to go through recruiting before I narrow down my choices.
