Biggest signing bonus in tight labor market

No, there are gobs and gobs of drivers begging for driving spots. It’s extremely easy to hire drivers and your position is a dime a dozen. It’s practically slave labor or indentured servant status at this point.

If only companies paid 85k to 125k per year this all would not be a problem.

I’m being extremely sarcastic. Yes, there is a massive GOOD driver shortage.

Walmart stores can not get product in because of a driver shortage.
That is what I was told today at a Walmart that was short on so many things.
But it might be more because the product simply isn't there to ship.

The 'tighter than usual' labor market is because so many people don't want to work anymore because of all the subsidies.
That will change to being the opposite when those perks shut down.
Those same people will be complaining that they can't find a job at any wage.

It would be so ironic if companies started asking for bids from prospective employees, instead of offering a bonus.
