If you got the DUI dropped off your record the other stuff is rather trivial. I recommend however you take careful note of what @Ridgeline said in his comment. In the future get the lead out of your foot and leave the weed alone! Outside of this, I see no real problems right now because a lot of carriers are begging for warm bodies!

 

R&R Transportation might hire you after graduating from a cdl school. They're pretty lenient like Western Express is.

I live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. The Virginia Workforce Commission last time I checked had some paid CDL school grants you could also check out.

I actually typed out about a 3 paragraph diatribe, but opted to delete 90% of it. Lol

 

For the record, The first thing the OP listed is now 7 years old. It's not a DUI and as I said is 7 years old. The 15 over ticket was NOT a ticket while the driver had a CDL. Then the last part is also trivial. That violation is a $25 civil fine unless the OP was stopped with a ton of that crap it's really not serious in Virginia.

 

Id say if you cant give up on drugs - one day you will get caught and hopefully not ruin someone's life or family . ...
