I can hear this morning, when I got in yesterday to wash out the soybean meal, could’ve reloaded soybeans about 15 miles away, and ran 2-3 of them per day til it rains, but I felt as if I didn’t need to be out there, serious cough that hurt everywhere, so I passed.
Still at home, away from everyone.
Been taking some robitussin dm, that the bottle shows expired 12/15.
Everyone is in awe that I chug it and doesn’t bother me, cause I can’t taste, they forget that when my sense of smell was lost 4-5 years ago, most of my taste was lost too, that’s why when I eat I’ve got to really inspect food, cause I’d it’s ruins I’ll not be able to taste itInTooDeep, homeskillet, Rideandrepair and 4 others Thank this. -

Hauling chemicals in tankers, and being around tons of them that smelled horrible all I know.
When they put that deep sea diving helmet on you on the test to smell that chemical they put in propane after I’d been hauling for 4 years on recertification, I couldn’t smell it, everyone else’s eyes were burning, they sprayed it twice on me, then said I’d I didn’t smell it I’d fail, so I said to try it again, which I said I smelled it, and passed.InTooDeep, homeskillet, Rideandrepair and 5 others Thank this. -
Mercaptain that might not be the correct spelling but that’s the stink in propane.
Rideandrepair, austinmike, Eldiablo and 2 others Thank this. -
Made my first fun run of the season across Elk yesterday. Gusting 50+mph, but fortunately it was mostly headwind. Killed my fuel economy, but no rollovers spotted.
Rideandrepair, Cowboyrich, JolliRoger and 5 others Thank this.
