Business as usual on contract freight for me . ..well other than that the rate keeps going up .
Fuel is now $4 a gallon, time for all of us to demand $4 a mile minimum on all loads

The price of diesel matters not to me. I raise my rates accordingly to compensate. One thing I've noticed though...when gas goes up a couple pennies or a nickle at a time yet diesel goes up way more than that. Like 15-25 cents per increase. It just feels like greedy corporations are gouging the best they can to make up for what they lost during the plandemic.
Political parties on the fed level are both peas in the same pod. They all work for their SIGs and campaign contributors....not you or I. The feds have been out of control for well over 150 years. The collapse will be painful and frankly I'm looking forward to it. -

It's been a rule of thumb since the 5th wheel was invented that you should be hauling for at least what a gallon of fuel cost.
