I have mentioned multiple times, the only DC near me rarely hires. And new hires have to slipseat for a while before getting a truck assigned, and I'm not sharing a truck with anyone. And the new hires get the table scrap loads, so it takes a while to get up to the big money you hear about Walmart drivers making. Besides, it's a regional job. I moved on from regional 20-25 yrs ago because I got tired of seeing the same boring scenery every day.
