I figured I’d post this here and maybe someone could help.
my father is moving to the Spartanburg sc area and has his own tri axle dump truck. He’s having a hard time finding a parking spot for the truck. Any suggestions of where to look?
Finding parking?

Has he tried any of the garages around town? If any of them have a big yard go and ask them. That's where I'd start.
most of them places also have a good security camera setupblairandgretchen Thanks this. -
I’d start driving round and networking. Expecting to pay - but what can you offer in return - brush hog, cut grass, etc?

100-150 is a good price. Depending on the situation it might be a little more around you. 12-15 trucks park where we do and the guy charges 100 month per spot

Towing yards, truck shops, self-storage business, RV storage, rental truck yards

Some Small Trucking companies rent spaces .
one trucking company I’m familiar with owns a larger yard than they need and they rent spaces and have 24 / 7 security guard .
I used to spend a lot of time at a particular job site and stayed at the same motel , and I saw the same truck or two parked on the dead end street in front of the motel all the time .
If it was raining much , we couldn’t work at
The job site so we’d sit in the motel
guy would back his bobtail in at the end of the street and hop in his car and leave . -
There's a pay to park yard I believe off exit 15. Right next to a place called SuperScapes.
