    We are woke, but can't drive for a few moar hours.

    We are also in dilemma.

    The OM remembered when we woke, this is the holiday weekend. This means a greatly increased level of stupidity for our motoring friends and neighbors.

    And of course we need to traverse part of the NMDOT designed and approved Death Zone.

    SO

    We think we might just forego the day at Casa Del OM, get an early start, and hopefully clear some of the madness before it begins.

    @Cat sdp The generals engine was 360 hp.
    pulled good. Drank fuel.
    Sadly no Refrigerator or Microwave so today’s drivers would throw a fit before getting in it.
    See if i can find one that sounds similar.
    I did and in a general, same year model too.
    Sadly the next truck I got was even older, 78 international transtar 2 cabover when i changed jobs

    still was almost $3.80/mile, just no miles.
    but that paid to fully fuel truck bringing the last load to full revenue, but i was coming home anyway.
    plus that money left will stay in truck account.
