Sounds like they sold out to another company. Not exactly going belly up. Quite the opposite. Owner just got rich.

Same thing happened to me at HVH transportation. They forced us all to “transition” to FTI. Then they left us all hanging with loads while on the road without fuel cards or paychecks and didn’t give us back our $2,500 deposits. We were all lease drivers or lease purchase or owner ops that lease purchased through a 3rd party dealership. They also didn’t pay our dealership bills with the money they took out of our checks and always “forgot” to pay us for some trips. Over 2 years there the total they owed only me was $42,000 in missing trip pay, missing detention pay and this included what the dealer told me they didn’t pay on the truck note from my checks.
