Which one would you choose…

You'd be a good fit in South Dakota.
Popular governor running the state and no state income taxes.

 

SD closer to the Midwest market. Decent paying loads going into ND and SD if your an O/O

 

Northern Nevada would be my choice.

Reno/Sparks is a bustling area.

Probably much easier to get home living along I-80.

 

Deffo SD its close to a lot of major hubs and there is always good freight for just about everything moving in and out. Taxes are cheaper then a lot of places, land is pretty, governer is decent, and property is mostly affordable.

 

SD is the best market for freight out of these 3 options

 

Kristi Noem has a good handle on the state, she is very attractive. Plus no state taxes, beautiful place if you don’t mind the cold. Wyoming is too #### windy

 

All three options have no state income tax. I would investigate the housing options and prices before making a choice, unless you plan on living in the truck. I turned down a job offer in northern NV because housing was almost unavailable. What might become available was expensive and low quality. That would have been near Carlin NV. WY doesn't have an excess of housing either. I'd prefer WY of the three options, simply for the low population. I'd probably focus on a good job and let that decision pick my location. It's a hard choice.

 

WY is windy and the venomous flying tarantulas seem to prefer to attack sleeping out of staters, according to one WY native I talked to. I hope he didn't think I was from CA. LOL
