I think I am a human computer virus that infects anything with sensors or computer systems. I sometimes have the same effect when a customer is typing on their computer looking up a pick-up number. If I am standing too close, they occasionally have a problem. The ECM needs to be placed on the passenger side with extra "Snackbar" shielding

Tech found the problem. The Particulate Matter sensor wasn't installed at the factory(parts shortage). Was supposed to be installed before truck was put into service, but somehow got missed. Truck has been running w/o one and the downstream sensors just hit a level where it showed up. They ordered one from Atlanta yesterday evening, but isn't on the UPS truck so may have been too late to make the overnight truck. So they looked for one at their other sister dealerships and other parts suppliers, without any luck. They have assured me it will be here tomorrow. This is too weird for me to do anything but shake my head and laugh. Kenworth...I'm at a loss for something funny to say right now. Just glad SPD pays a guaranteed daily amount.

It’s really not that odd, in a round about way that’s what I was describing about my Anthem, a deleted sensor, that the computer isn’t realizing is gone, is causing a check engine light every 3 days. I was told they will reprogram my ECU to solve the issue.

They must have capped the hole where the sensor went, my Co detector doesn't go off, even when I idle

I'm glad to hear that SBD pays a guaranteed daily amount. That's pretty much unheard of in the OTR community. Between $250.00 - $300.00 sounds about right for a guarantee.

It's a little different here. It's a daily base pay plus mileage pay, then they add a monthly safety/productivity per mile bonus that pays the following month.

Hopefully SPD will be able to file a claim with Paccar, nice that you found a decent company, heck at Creeder you’d be on your third truck by now lol.
