    This is Albany GA.
    Look it up.
    It's one of the poorest communities in America

    And self is fine. $14k left on a pretty ok house.

    They want some huge sum of money for this place a few miles from here that looked like it was going to be a large farm style house.
    Two story.

    I'm thinking it got turned into a meth lab back in the day, cause it obviously caught on fire.

    I'm thinking whomever owns it still uses, and is a bit detached from reality calling it a fixer upper, cause I was asking the builder what he thought it would cost to knock it all over, including foundation, and haul it away.

    He said $40K to be safe.

    It's on a good 5 acres, but it's only worth what the land is, then you're in it for another $40K just to get back to square one.

    San Jose is numero uno. Median home price $1.9 million You need to make $340+K year just to qualify for a loan.

    Pittsburgh was last LOL ( Out of top 50 )

    Cleveland was 48.

    St.Louis 46.
