Came home to find the AC compressor went out on central air unit.

I’m going to go wash 2 trucks and trailers and wash the trailers out and ponder CA’s loss of water.

 

I think there is a "what happens if the mortgage holder defaults" section in the contracts. Some of that may be driven by state laws. Last one I had said was 90 days past due was when all the foreclosure wheels started turning.

On the Wall street side, they should be held in check sooner. I believe they are a direct threat to the well being of the general population. Corporations have become like another form of government.

And national debt should not be any where near the level it has been. for the past few decades.
