Moving my bmw 200 miles, ive chained axles on taller stuff, but thinking just running these 4 inch straps through the rims forward and rearward and calling it a day. Good bad or indifferent idea?

I’d add a chain both sides to those hooks on the doors . . . Wait- those might be door handles - scratch that.

Take flat hook part of the strap, attach to trailer positioned to the left of tire... take strap and position in front of right side of tire, wrap around the back of tire, pull it back across itself and feed it thru ur ratchet strap which should be attached on trailer, positioned right side of the tire.
singlescrewshaker, Lite bug, cke and 1 other person Thank this. -
On BMWs there usually is a rubber plug that you can pop out , 4 of them 2 on each side you can use a anchor points. I used to use a S hook in the slot, but if you don't haul cars a lot, you may not have that either. The rubber plug has a small center piece to pry down, then it releases the rest of the plug.
