    What?
So if I say I move from one State to another State the new one can make me retake my CDL test?

It does matter because all of those words mean different things when we are talking about the law. Sure the outcome is the same but the process to fixing is different depending on if suspended, canceled or revoked

I think it's only a few states that do but I don't remember which ones.

I wonder if it’s an intrastate Star thing Vs interstate thing??

Weird if you can run all 48 and the have to test again if you now live in a different one
    Interesting tho

    Kyle G. Thanks this.

Sounds like you never submitted your medical card to dmv.. so they downgraded your license… You need to get to the DMV ASAP and verify that with them and give them your medical card so they can put it into the records in attached to your license and have your CDL reinstated

    Webleydevun Thanks this.

Never trust your employer to do it for you… Ultimately, it is up to you because it’s your license… Just remember that going forward because your license is your livelihood
