As I get ready to drive back homeward bound for my load that won’t be ready til tomorrow, I asked myself a few questions while putting on my shoes.



What’s the most sensible thing you’ve ever heard someone say?
My Answer. Is this mud on my shoe or ####?

(Sometimes inability to smell has drawbacks, this was lost a few years before covid, somethings i can smell others nothing, including ammonia has no smell but i can smell some idiots hot brakes.)


What life lesson did you learn the hard way?
My answer, Remembering to duck when hauling 60’ I beams on a 48’ trailer and you’re walking around. Bill of your cap blocks vertical view.


Is it possible to lie without saying a word?
My answer, Yes, your eyes. Plus body posture, but mainly your eyes.


When you are 80-years-old, what will matter to you the most?
My Answer, I don’t know, if i’m not senile and the world is still here, maybe my accomplishments that everyone said there was absolutely no way in .. well you know, that I’d ever amount to anything.

Just had a white Volvo pulling an Amazon trailer jump out. He pulled tape and magnetic signs with DOT numbers off his doors and hop back in. Wonder what illegal nonsense that is?????

And away he goes with new numbers. SMH.
