    I hear Xpo works u 14 hrs a day and wants you to max out your 70 . big problem right now is everyone is slow and even ups is doing massive layoffs right now . You being the bottom guy at a new company is a gamble right now

    Economy in toilet is the biggest problem. Lots more guys have to get culled yet.

    Lots of them guys are just as hard as nails though.

    Lot's of people call for the culling of the herd, but never expect they or their friends might be the one's to see the air gun.

    We had a few quit when our new TM showed up, as if they were any big loss with all the stealing time they did and favoritism they got in return.

    It’s a good thing if it’s the right people leaving for the right reason.
