I will gladly move when they get the cheapskate a hole in my reserved spot to move!
-
You can't refuse a refund. If you do they can have you towed. If you try calling the cops they'll say you were offered a refund and refused. A business has a right to refuse service to anyone. Even paying for a spot doesn't promise you a spot. They can always just give you your money back.
-
I've always suspected that some managers have a side business going on with locals. You see dropped trailers all the time in the free spots. This contributes to the problem.
Tb0n3 Thanks this. -
Park at your own risk..it's their property. If you park in one if those spots run the risk of getting woken up and told to move. Or worse have them call the cops, tow your vehicle, or put a boot on it.
It's their property, take it or leave..
I'm talking about parking where you please.. -
Why can't they do those same things to the cheapskate parked unpaid in my reserved spot?
-
Because that "cheapskate" might have just put 750 dollars of diesel in his truck. You paid 15 dollars for a spot and nothing else. Who do YOU feel benefitted that truck stop the most and who should get the spot?
-
You must be that guy who took my spot
Phoenix Heavy Haul, rockeee and bzinger Thank this. -
How much profit is on fuel?
-
Doesn’t matter. If I reserve a spot it’s because I planned my day and need to use the spot I paid for. Sort of like reserving a hotel room and expecting them to not let someone come in and take over your room for free just because you haven’t checked in yet.Woodys, Phoenix Heavy Haul, kemosabi49 and 4 others Thank this.
