●Do you want to max out at 51cpm?
●Do you like sitting in a dock for free (2-5) Hours?
●Do you like driving 67mph?
●Do you like sitting for hours at the consignee waiting for your next load?
●Do you enjoy Inconsistent miles and paychecks?
●Do you enjoy being told where to fuel and how often?
●Do you enjoy 40% drop/hook freight?
●Do you enjoy waiting long hours just to fix a tire in Phillipsburg,Mo. (Sorry excuse for a terminal)
●Do you like dispatchers not giving you an option for a 34hr reset? After weeks of recaps?
Nice place to get experience on your resume but if your trying to make money I would avoid this company! I worked here for almost 2 years. As a trucker these companies work for US!
If you don't like your current employer Fire them!
Danny Herman you're fired!

Umm, sounds like standard Reefer/dryvan work to me… Don’t see a problem with any of what you complained about. 40% drop and hook is good!
-
Let me reiterate! They pay zero dock time!
They don't care if you're on time and sitting in a dock for 5 hrs they don't care! They can't afford it!
This is one example of a small trucking company cutting corners just to survive. But at the end of the day it's the driver's who suffer. You either put up with it or get out
That's why they take advantage of cdl students in el paso / tuscon trucking schools because these people don't know any better !
The 'Driver Trainers" basically pimp out the student and force team driving after a few days because they get paid ALL MILES. Not the first company to do this practice and won't be the last.Last edited: Apr 23, 2023

If I was on the dock loading/unloading, taking temps, case count, ensuring loaders are not smashing bosses trailer, I would appreciate some pay. If I was sleeping or playing on ttr, probably not.

I left that gig after
getting a job with Schneider doing intermodal and thought the grass was greener! Better pay but more B.S! That was another mistake! Lol but I managed to last 14 mo's.Last edited: Apr 23, 2023

This is the first time I've read a negative review in recent memory. That pay is slightly below average though. Detention pay is hard to come by whether you're a company driver or owner op. Nobody likes to pay for non work. Even if companies pay it, a lot of times it ain't even worth anything more than beer money.
