●Do you enjoy Inconsistent miles and paychecks?
●Do you enjoy being told where to fuel and how often?
●Do you enjoy 40% drop/hook freight?
●Do you enjoy waiting long hours just to fix a tire in Phillipsburg,Mo. (Sorry excuse for a terminal)
●Do you like dispatchers not giving you an option for a 34hr reset? After weeks of recaps?

Nice place to get experience on your resume but if your trying to make money I would avoid this company! I worked here for almost 2 years. As a trucker these companies work for US!
If you don't like your current employer Fire them!

 

Let me reiterate! They pay zero dock time!
They don't care if you're on time and sitting in a dock for 5 hrs they don't care! They can't afford it!
This is one example of a small trucking company cutting corners just to survive. But at the end of the day it's the driver's who suffer. You either put up with it or get out
That's why they take advantage of cdl students in el paso / tuscon trucking schools because these people don't know any better !
The 'Driver Trainers" basically pimp out the student and force team driving after a few days because they get paid ALL MILES. Not the first company to do this practice and won't be the last.

 

I'm in the final process of buying my own rig and then trying to lease on somewhere

 

I started out with C.R England to get my license 4 years ago. Between the team driving and just the hassle of going to and from grocery warehouses and sitting for hours. I only lasted a few months. I have alot of respect for the folks that do reefer!
I left that gig after
getting a job with Schneider doing intermodal and thought the grass was greener! Better pay but more B.S! That was another mistake! Lol but I managed to last 14 mo's.
