How's Everyone Doing in LTL Right Now?

I don't get unemployment and I don't work for free.
So I sit at the house and clean ,polish and fix stuff.

 

I've been picking up extra runs on the weekend, so this was a little over 3000 miles for the week.

I’ve had a decent year so far only getting cancelled once or twice for weather plus I took a few days off for youth turkey hunting and crappie fishing.

 

Just heard they are closing down 29 FedEx Freight service centers.

Pretty ok if you're a driver, not so much if you're anything but that

 

It’s bad all around for the affected locations. Lots of drivers are going to have to relocate to keep their jobs.

 

Right.
"Hey we'll give you a deal.....you just have to drive 50 miles to get to it."

 

And ours is one of them. I've got some decisions to make.
