    So.

    Ole boy asked, “Mom, you’re a good cook, did you always know how?”
    So she told him, “No, I learned from your dads mother and then from your dad.”

    I didn’t say anything.

    Then he asked, “Was grandma a good cook?”

    She said, “Your dad once took a bite of my cooking of one of his moms recipes and then said, I never thought I’d taste her cooking again.”

    He said, “That good.”

    She said, “No, that bad, he threw it away.”

    I just laughed.

    I taught her how to cook, I learned how to in order to survive at a young age.

    Lengua tacos . If I was a bettin man and u didn't know that it was cow tounge. I'd bet most people would say they are the best tacos they ever had. And it is true.

    It all eats the same. Pig arse or pig ribs. Or grind up all the different parts and make susauge. I love me some pig. Mmm tasty

    Beef heart and tongue have the same issue for me,

    No Fat. In my cook book No Fat = No Flavor
    Also tends to cook up kinda tough so needs to be finely chopped.

    Good to grind up and add to fatty ground beef to make it less fatty. Beyond that would prefer it in somebody else's freezer.
