Lmao! Yeah I hope the tires don't dry rot off the dam thing cause I'm not going back out till a week from tmw.
I haven't taken a vacation in about 8 years ...even went to Nebraska furniture mart yesterday and bought a new overstuffed recliner .

I honestly start to get bored if I have extended time off and I don't go anywhere. That's why I limited myself to 4-5 days off max when I was OTR unless I'm traveling somewhere.

The next weekday I'm gonna request off is Thanksgiving. It's a very important holiday for me. Christmas it doesn't bother me if I work it or not, but Thanksgiving is a must have day off.

My truck had one of those green electric apus on it when I bought it and it actually worked pretty good especially since I could plug it into the reefer to charge the batteries.
Downsides: needed new batteries about 16 months and they wernt cheap.
Water pumps and hot water heaters were prone to failure and very expensive.
Then one night the unit on the frame rail shorted out and pretty much melted everything including the batteries..RIP.....replaced it with the carrier on it now that's far more reliable, far better dealer network and I'm not worried about carrier going bankrupt anytime soon.

Slept in and I need to run a few errands. I may or may not have spent a few hours assembling a computer desk (that's still not finished completely) and chair last night. Didn't go to sleep until 1:30 this morning. I'll get on the road before too long though
